Meet Lo-Fi Jukebox

Founded in 2020 by Jeremy Bell, Lo-Fi Jukebox Dueling Pianos was born from a love of live music and the joy of bringing people together. After years of performing across the country and overseas, Jeremy wanted to create a company that offered the same high-energy dueling piano experience with a more personal, flexible approach.

Today, Lo-Fi Jukebox delivers interactive live entertainment for corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, and private parties across Chicago and beyond. With packages tailored to fit your event and budget, you can choose anything from a solo performer to a full band with drums, bass, or guitar.

Meet Our Performers

Jeremy Bell

Founder & CEO

Starting out at The Shout! House in Glendale, AZ, Jeremy has been a dueling pianos entertainer for over 12 years and is currently a full-time player at Pete's Dueling Piano Bar in Rosemont, IL, His love of music can be seen in the energy and passion of every performance. Jeremy is an accomplished composer for Concert Band and Wind Ensemble, and in addition to music, is a licensed drone pilot with a strong love for photography, videography and English Bulldogs.

Jillie

Entertainer and Song Writer

Jill is a regular at some of Chicago's best piano bars performing an all-request, sing-a-long show. Jill is also a singer/songwriter and has released two EPs. Her song “Travel On” was selected as a finalist in the worldwide songwriting contest Song of the Year in 2007. Her music has also been licensed for television and can be found on her Spotify page.

Laura Cai

Entertainer

Laura began her dueling career at Howl at the Moon in Chicago before venturing out as a freelancer. She has played on Norwegian Cruise ships, traveling around the world, performing for Howl at Sea but calls Chicago home. She can be seen playing at piano bars all across the city.

Bill Larkin

Entertainer & Comedy Songwriter

Bill has worked as a pianist/vocalist since 1998 and performs at a myriad of venues as both a sing-along piano entertainer and a comedic performer, known for his quick wit and ability to parody just about any song. He is also a comedy songwriter who has performed on Comedy Central's Premium Blend. His album "Knowing Your Audience" was recorded live at the Green Mill in Chicago. He currently performs his musical comedy at the Green Mill's Paper Machete as well as on Cameo and Twitch where you can watch his incredible Parody Song Improv.

Emily Popli

Entertainer & Songwriter

Emily Popli is a full-time multi-instrumentalist and singer in the Chicago area. She began dueling in 2013 after a few years of performing solo with piano and guitar and hasn't stopped since. In the last year, she began work on her first original release after a 9-year hiatus; an album called Lilith Fair Kid due to be released in May of 2025. This album is available on her website below, among her other work.

Wesley Fuentes

Drums & Production

Wesley Fuentes has been a professional drummer for over 10 years and worked as the National Production Manager for dueling pianos for six years, where he helped coordinate over 4,000 live music events nationwide. His passion and love for music shows in his charisma and energy whenever he's on stage. Outside of his musical career, he is an avid lover of photography, cats, and Pokémon!

Katy Marquardt

Entertainer

Katy Marquardt has worked as a dueling and solo piano bar entertainer for more than a decade, and it has taken her to amazing places throughout the US, to sea to perform on cruise ships, to Germany as well as The Marshall Islands and South Korea to perform with our troops. She loves her job and always says she gets paid to have fun with people!

Cassandra Kaezor

Entertainer, Author, & Songwriter

Cassandra Kaczor is a Chicago-based composer, pianist, multimedia artist, multi-instrumentalist, and entertainer. She has performed piano, drums, bass, and as a vocalist in nineteen states, on cruise ships, and in Europe. Kaczor currently works as a freelance teacher, performer, and composer. She has made a return to teaching and has written her first novel, along with completing her first EP. When she is not working, Kaczor enjoys reading three books simultaneously at all times, feministing, ogling strangers' dogs while out walking, tolerable company, and chronically overthinking as much as possible.

John Weston

Entertainer & Songwriter

John grew up in Southern California, and after attending Indiana University, he moved to Chicago, IL, where he began his dueling career. In addition to being a great entertainer, John is an incredible guitar player, which is the first instrument he learned. For over a decade, John has performed in piano bars around the country, in Europe, and on cruise ships. He plays piano, guitar, bass guitar, sings, and is a seasoned songwriter. He performs in public music venues as well as at private venues such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.
